Hong Kong's stock market ended higher on Thursday, with the benchmark Hang Seng Index up 0.1 percent at 16,891.

The Shanghai Composite Index ended flat at 2,869, while the Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.04 percent lower at 8,446. (Xinhua)
