Hong Kong stocks opened higher on Monday as markets shifted focus to key US data prints this week for further insight into the health of the world’s biggest economy.
The Hang Seng Index rose 12 points, or 0.07 percent, to open at 17,102.
The Shanghai Composite Index was down 0.12 percent to open at 2,858 points, while the Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.08 percent lower at 8,386 points. (Xinhua)
