A motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a traffic accident in Tsuen Wan.

Police said the accident happened at around midnight on Route Twisk, not far from Kwong Pan Tin San Tsuen, when a Tsuen Wan-bound motorcycle was involved in a head-on collision with a private car travelling in the opposite direction.

The motorcyclist, 38, suffered head injuries and was unconscious as he was rushed to Princess Margaret Hospital.

The car driver, 24, was arrested for allegedly causing grievous bodily harm by dangerous driving.
