Viral online footage of a car appearing to run a red light, and narrowly missing a woman pushing a stroller carrying a child, has led to the arrest of a 50-year-old man.

The footage of the incident, on the Tai Lam section of Castle Peak Highway, emerged on Wednesday.

Police arrested the man, surnamed Fu, on suspicion of dangerous driving.

No one was hurt in the incident.
