HK, mainland markets open higher

The Hong Kong and mainland stock markets opened higher on Friday.

The Hang Seng Index gained 0.26 percent to 19,611.62.

Separately, the Shanghai Composite Index was up 0.06 percent at 3,370.94 and the Shenzhen Component Index was 0.08 percent higher at 10,642.89. (Xinhua)
