Hong Kong market edges down in early trade

The Hong Kong market opened marginally lower on Monday.

The Hang Seng Index fell 0.12 percent to open at 19,947.23.

Meanwhile, the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index opened 0.05 percent lower at 3,390.08. The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.07 percent lower at 10,705.52. (Xinhua)
