Three men died after a taxi collided with a private car in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Shortly before 2 am, both cars were travelling along the West Kowloon Highway towards the Western Harbour Crossing.
Near Olympic MTR Station the taxi reportedly swerved into the other vehicle's lane and hit it, causing it to go out of control, ram a concrete divider, and smash into a moving taxi and three stationary vehicles.
The car driver was certified dead at the scene, while two of his four male passengers were certified dead at Princess Margaret Hospital about an hour later.
The two other car passengers, along with the two in the taxi, were sent to hospital for treatment for a variety of injuries.
The taxi driver was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving causing death.
