A taxi driver was killed in a crash in Kowloon Bay this morning.

Police received a call at around 5am that a taxi had veered out of control and hit the footpath while heading along Trademark Drive near Kai Tak.

The 66-year old driver was taken to the United Christian Hospital, where he was proclaimed dead.
