Customs officers arrested a man in Prince Edward on suspicion of drug trafficking on Friday after they seized about 1.5 kilogrammes of suspected methamphetamine with a street value of about HK$800,000.
Officers said on Saturday that they arrested a 76-year-old man, after searching his premises on Friday, and finding a batch of suspected methamphetamine, along with drug packaging paraphernalia.
He has been charged with one count of trafficking in a dangerous drug, and will appear at West Kowloon Magistrates' Court on Monday.
