National security police on Sunday say they arrested a 26-year-old woman in Kowloon on Saturday on suspicion of perverting the course of public justice.

The arrest comes after a 26-year-old man was charged on Friday with perverting the course of public justice.

The woman had been a suspect in the same case. The case will be mentioned at Eastern Magistrates Court on Monday.
