Rescuers from China have found six survivors so far in earthquake-rattled Myanmar.

The China Search and Rescue Team plucked to safety three women and a girl on Monday morning in Mandalay. One of the women is pregnant.

That raised to six the number of survivors found by Chinese rescuers.

A total of 91 personnel from five civilian emergency response forces organised by the Ministry of Emergency Management have arrived in Myanmar and have been taking part in rescue operations.

According to Xinhua News Agency, the first batch of disaster-relief material offered by Beijing arrived in Myanmar on Monday.

Meanwhile, the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar said one Chinese national was killed and 15 other Chinese citizens were injured in Friday's tremor.

The embassy said the Chinese diplomatic missions in Myanmar have been assisting the families of the victims.

More than 1,700 people were killed in the quake. (Additional reporting by Xinhua)
