The Hang Seng Index rose 449.19 points or 2.15 percent to open at 21,363.88 points on Monday.

The Hang Seng Tech Index, which represents the 30 largest technology companies listed in Hong Kong, rose 3.13 percent to open at 5,053.59 points. (Xinhua)
