Russian President Vladimir Putin says foreign service providers like Microsoft and Zoom that act against Russian interests should be "throttled".
"We should throttle them. They are trying to throttle us, and we must reciprocate them. That's all," he said.
"We didn't kick anyone out, we didn't bother anyone. We provided the most favourable conditions for working in our market."
Speaking to entrepreneurs in the Kremlin, Putin said that it was important for Russia to develop domestic software solutions. (Reuters)
