Police on Wednesday arrested two men for allegedly providing illegal ride-hailing services.
The pair, aged 39 and 56, were arrested on suspicion of illegally carrying passengers for hire and not having third party liability insurance.
Senior inspector Cheung Chin-hung said officers posed as customers and made the arrests in Tuen Mun.
Two private vehicles were seized in the operation for further investigation.
Cheung urged the public to only use legal means of transport.
