Police on Thursday continued their search in a Tuen Mun landfill as part of a murder inquiry over a missing Vietnamese woman.
Donning protective gear, officers were seen combing through the site in Nim Wan in search of possible evidence.
Officers believe a suspect, who remains at large, might have dumped items linked to the case there.
The police said the male suspect and the woman had spent time at a flat in a Castle Peak Road building in Cheung Sha Wan.
In a press briefing on Wednesday, police said the missing woman had not been seen leaving the building since entering with the man.
Investigators also said the suspect had been seen coming in and out of the premises and dumping bulky items nearby.
The woman's family reported her missing last Saturday.
