Police on Sunday said a man had been arrested on suspicion of wounding, after a taxi driver was allegedly threatened with a knife in Mong Kok at about 6 am.
Officers said the 31-year-old man reportedly had a dispute with the driver, 35, at the junction of Kok Cheung Street and Tai Tsun Street.
Police later arrested the suspect at a nearby hotel.
The suspect said he felt unwell and he was sent to Kwong Wah Hospital.
Police said the taxi driver suffered injuries to his fingers.
