A woman on Sunday fell to her death after apparently slipping as she cleaned windows at a Tseung Kwan O flat.

Police said they received a report from a man shortly after 6.30am saying that his mother, who was in her 50s, had slipped while cleaning the kitchen windows.

Paramedics found the woman unconscious on the podium of a block at Kin Ming Estate.

She was certified dead at Tsueng Kwan O Hospital.
