Police on Thursday said 22 people suffered minor injuries in a collision on North Lantau Highway.

The force said those injured included nine men and 12 women who were on a bus, and the driver of another car.

The crash occurred at about 9.30pm near Sunny Bay, involving a double-decker bus and a roadworks construction vehicle.

Part of the Kowloon-bound lanes of North Lantau Highway near Yan O Wan has been closed to traffic.
