The MTR Corporation has announced that services on the Tseung Kwan O line are gradually resuming on Friday morning.

"The signalling equipment issue at North Point station on the Tseung Kwan O Line has been fixed," the railway operator said.

"Normal service is gradually resuming."

The announcement came at around half past 10 – about two and a half hours after the MTR said journey times between North Point and Po Lam or Lohas Park stations would take an extra five minutes at least due to the issue.
