Power resumed at a North Point residential block on Monday afternoon, hours after it was cut because of a water main burst.
Hongkong Electric earlier suspended power supply to Ming Yuen Centre for safety reasons.
The suspension came after a water main in a back alley of Ming Yuen Western Street burst on Sunday night, leading to a water supply stoppage at multiple buildings in the area.
According to the Home Affairs Department, roughly 2,600 people were affected by the water outage.
Additionally, it said about 130 households at Ming Yuen Centre were affected by flooding in the electrical meter room of the single-block residential building.
The department said care teams have been distributing water to the elderly and affected residents.
Power and water supply resumed at around 5pm on Monday.
