Kwan Chun-yan of Hong Kong, China won a silver medal in the drone racing event of The World Games in Chengdu.
Japan's Yuki Hashimoto clinched gold, securing two wins out of three races with a total time of 1 minute 28.337 seconds, while Kwan clocked a time of 1 minute 30.889 seconds.
“His drone raced swiftly across the course, skilfully navigating gates set at different levels with speed and stability," said Wong Po-kee, the Hong Kong, China delegation's chef de mission, in a statement.
"Despite facing top athletes from around the world, Kwan Chun-yan remained calm and composed, ultimately winning the silver medal.
"Team Hong Kong, China’s success in this emerging sport highlights the diversity of Hong Kong’s sports development."
The SAR has so far bagged three golds, two silvers and one bronze.
