HSI opens more than 100 points higher

The Hang Seng Index gained 101 points, or 0.4 percent, to open at 25,626 points on Wednesday.

Mainland stocks were also higher, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.03 percent to open at 3,869 and the Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.08 percent higher at 12,483. (Xinhua)
