The Hospital Authority said three people – two males and one female – had sought treatment at the accident and emergency units at public hospitals as of 4.50pm on Tuesday as Super Typhoon Ragasa edged closer to Hong Kong.
As of 5pm, there were four reports of fallen trees and one report of landslide.
No reports of flooding had been received.
A total of 422 people have sought refuge at 47 temporary shelters under the Home Affairs Department.
Meanwhile, the Government Flying Service deployed a drone to collect weather data.
A video posted on the Security Bureau’s social media showed the drone piercing through the core of the eye wall of the super typhoon.
Given Ragasa's immense power and vast reach, the drone only managed to capture about a quarter of the eye wall, the post said.
