The fourth plenary session of the Central Committee of the 20th Communist Party of China will be held in Beijing from October 20 to 23, according to a decision made in a Politburo meeting on Monday.

President Xi Jinping chaired the meeting.

According to Xinhua News Agency, the meeting discussed major issues related to the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030), which will set overarching policy goals for national economic and social development.
