Hong Kong rider Annie Ho and her equine partner, Lord Sandro K, are poised for a medal run after successfully navigating Tuesday's individual dressage preliminaries at the National Games.
In a field of 19 competitors at the Shenzhen Guangming International Equestrian Centre, the duo delivered a polished performance, scoring 66.853 to rank fifth and comfortably qualify for the final.
This comes on the heels of the team dressage event, where Ho and teammates Samantha Chan, Angel Chen and Issac Wong finished seventh the day before.
Now all eyes will now be on Ho and Lord Sandro K as they return to the arena Wednesday at 8am among the top 12, where perfect harmony will be the key to clinching an individual medal.
