The police said on Wednesday one more person has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter in connection with last month's Wang Fuk Court fire in Tai Po that killed 161 people.
In a statement, officers said the 48-year-old suspect was the person-in-charge of the external wall repair subcontractor and was arrested in Tin Shui Wai.
He has since been released on bail.
Earlier, police arrested 15 people on suspicion of manslaughter over the deadly blaze. All of them have been freed on bail.
The Regional Crime Unit of New Territories North is investigating the case.
