Two more men have been arrested in connection with the death of a 51-year-old man in Tin Shui Wai in August.
Police said the two – aged 29 and 32 – were arrested on murder allegations at Shenzhen Bay Port on Friday.
The arrests take the total number of arrests in connection with the case to 27 so far, with the force having laid holding charges of murder, conspiracy to murder, assisting offenders and perverting the course of justice against 11 of them.
Officers took one of the suspects to the scene of the alleged attack– on Yick Yuen Road – to re-enact the case on Saturday afternoon.
During the 40-minute session, the suspect was provided with a mannequin to assist officers with the probe.
The regional crime unit of New Territories North says the investigation is ongoing.
