Hong Kong's stock market ended higher on Wednesday with the benchmark Hang Seng Index up 0.37 percent to close at 26,585 points.
The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index rose 0.31 percent to end at 9,122, while the Hang Seng Tech Index finished 1.11 percent higher.
On the mainland, the Shanghai Composite Index finished up 0.08 percent to 4,116 while the Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.7 percent higher at 14,255.13 points.
Stocks related to non-ferrous metals, furniture and textile machinery led the gains, while shares in the liquor and electricity sectors suffered major losses. (Xinhua)
