Police said a 55-year-old tunnel officer died in a traffic accident in the Tsing Ma Control Area on Thursday afternoon.

Officers were alerted to a three-vehicle collision involving a private car, a van, and a construction vehicle on the North West Tsing Yi Interchange at about 5.20pm.

Two men and three women were also injured.
