Hong Kong stocks ended lower on Thursday with the benchmark Hang Seng Index down 1.48 percent at 25,253.

The Shanghai Composite Index finished down 0.64 percent at 4,057, while the Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.27 percent lower at 15,661. (Xinhua)
