A series of new features for electronic traffic fixed penalty notices was launched on the e-Traffic Ticket Platform on Monday, according to the police.

Targeting commercial vehicles, "vehicle-specific QR codes" can now be generated on the platform.

On-duty drivers can now record their driving hours more efficiently, and easily monitor fixed penalty notices issued to their vehicle.

Targeting corporate vehicles, multiple user roles have been introduced, allowing designated users to handle fixed penalty notices for all vehicles under their management.

All users can now apply to view photos of their vehicle taken by police officers related to fixed penalty notices applied to their vehicle.

They can also dispute all types of fixed penalty notices directly through the e-Traffic Ticket Platform.

These new features follow the launch of the e-Traffic Ticket Platform in June 2025.

A timetable for full digitalisation has not yet been determined.

Police said the force would continue to simultaneously issue both electronic and paper fixed penalty notices to allow members of the public to adapt to the digitalisation process.
