Customs on Friday seized suspected ketamine with a street value of about HK$16 million at Hong Kong International Airport, making two separate arrests.

The first case involved a 50-year-old Japanese man who had flown in from Amsterdam with about 16 kilos of suspected ketamine in his check-in suitcase.

The second involved a 50-year-old British man, who had arrived from London with 16 kilos of the suspected drug inside his two check-in suitcases.

Both cases will be brought up at the West Kowloon Magistrates' Courts on Saturday.
