Police on Wednesday said officers have arrested four teenage boys in connection with alleged assaults on pedestrians – including elderly residents – in Tsuen Wan.
This came after video clips circulating online showed a group of teenagers allegedly throwing wet wipes at passers-by while cycling.
It is understood that at least two males were hit by the wet debris.
The two men were allegedly struck on the back with wet wipes thrown by six to seven teenagers cycling in Tsuen Wan Park on Saturday and Sunday evening, respectively.
Both of them reported the incident to the police.
