A fire that broke out at a warehouse in Mai Po raged for more than six hours on Friday before it was put out.

The blaze in Luk Mei Tsuen started at around 3.30am and was upgraded to a No. 3 alarm at 4.53am.

Three jets and three breathing apparatus teams were deployed to tackle the blaze.

The fire was surrounded at 8.30am and brought under control at 8.56am.

Firefighters said it was largely put out at 10.06am.

There have been no reports of casualties.
