Police have arrested four more men in connection with the murder of a 32-year-old man who was assaulted at a bar in Tsim Sha Tsui in late July.

The suspects, aged 26 to 33, were apprehended across various districts on Tuesday on suspicion of murder.

Officers said they would each face a single count of murder, with their case scheduled for mention at Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts on Thursday morning.

The latest round of arrests brings the total number of people detained in the case to 16.

Previously, police had arrested nine men and three women.

Eight of that group have since been provisionally charged with murder or assisting offenders, and their cases have already gone before the courts.

The remaining arrestees have been released on bail pending further inquiries and must report to police later this month.

The investigation, led by the Regional Anti-Triad Unit of Kowloon West, is ongoing.
