Students here and in Macao can expect to interact with Hong Kong's first astronaut, Lai Ka-ying, on Wednesday morning as she delivers a live lecture from space along with her two fellow Shenzhou-23 crew members.
The trio are currently carrying out manned space missions at the country's Tiangong Space Station, with the other two being Zhu Yangzhu and Zhang Zhiyuan.
Titled "Tiangong Class" Hong Kong and Macao Designated Session, it features an expert lecture, an in-orbit demonstration and a student question-and-answer session.
The event is expected to start at 9.50am on Wednesday.
The live broadcast would be available at RTHK TV 31 and other local stations, as well as the Information Services Department's website and the news.gov.hk Facebook page, among others.
The Education Bureau will arrange for teachers and students in primary and secondary schools to watch the live broadcast on campuses.
