Electoral officials on Thursday said they received 164 nominations for the 2026 Election Committee Subsector Ordinary Elections on the second day of the nomination period.
Returning officers received 160 nominations for candidates and four from designated bodies.
A total of 465 nomination forms from candidates and six from designated bodies have been received since nominations began on Wednesday.
The poll, scheduled for November 22, will return a new term of the 1,500-strong EC, which will elect the chief executive and 40 members of the Legislative Council.
The nomination period runs until October 20.
