‘Hong Kong needs to nurture more local talent’  Listenfacebook
Chief Executive Carrie Lam on Tuesday played down concerns over Hong Kong's fall in an international ranking that assesses the city's ability to attract and retain talent. The IMD business school in Switzerland puts Hong Kong 18th out of 63 economies this year, down from 12th place last year and 9th the year before. Jim Gould asked Professor Kerry Kennedy, an advisor on academic development at the Education University, how concerned we should be about Hong Kong's fall in the rankings
Public needs more education about HIV: AIDS Concern  Listenfacebook
The charity AIDS Concern says people living with HIV in Hong Kong need better support, because many are being stigmatised and are struggling with mental health problems. The group interviewed more than 100 of its service users earlier this year... and three in five said they've been discriminated against because of their HIV status. Around the same proportion said they were mentally exhausted. AnneMarie Evans asked AIDS Concern's chief executive, Andrew Chidgey what the research had revealed about the impact of self-stigmatisation on people living with HIV

Joanne Leung, the founder and chairperson of the Transgender Resource Center here in Hong Kong, spoke to Annemarie Evans about what can be done to fight the problem
