Hong Kong's men foil fencing team on Monday struck gold at the World University Games.
The team comprising Olympic gold medalist Cheung Ka-long, Ryan Choi, Aaron Lee and Lawrence Ng took on France in the final and came away 45-33 winners.
Earlier in the day, the SAR beat China 45-35 in the semi-final to advance.
The SAR has won four gold medals so far.
Meanwhile, Ko Shing-hei clinched a bronze medal for Hong Kong in the men's badminton singles.
He was beaten by Wang Zhengxing of China 2-0 in the semi-final, and shares third place with Japan's Toma Noda.
This is Hong Kong's first badminton medal at the Games in Chengdu.
