HK to play Liechtenstein in October friendly

The SAR men's football team said on Monday it will play the Liechtenstein national team in October.

The friendly match on October 10 will be played in Liechtenstein's capital, Vaduz.

In a statement, the SAR squad's head coach, Jorn Andersen, noted that Liechtenstein has many talented players.

"Despite our comparable level, I believe it will be a difficult game due to their stronger physique," he said.

He added the friendly match will give the Hong Kong, China team an opportunity to learn about different playing styles and improve.
