National team Olympians engaged in a dialogue with their counterparts from Macau on the second day of their visit to the gaming hub on Sunday.
Eight gold medallists from the Paris Games, including table tennis star Ma Long, diver Quan Hongchan, swimmer Pan Zhanle and gymnast Liu Yang, sat down for a sharing session with elite athletes from the SAR at the Olympic Sports Centre in Taipa.
They discussed how to deal with pressure and injuries during the exchange.
Pan, who refreshed his own 100m freestyle world record en route to victory in Paris, revealed his ambition to further improve his time and "let the world see the limit of humankind".
The athletes then took part in a brief game of table tennis, followed by a gymnastics demonstration.
In a banquet at the Wynn Palace hotel on Saturday night, Macau chief executive Ho Iat-seng expressed his gratitude to the delegation, and urged teenagers to learn from the role models on how to persevere and love the country.
The national team's packed schedule continues with a gala show at the Macau East Asian Games Dome on Sunday night, before wrapping up their visit on Monday with a community event.
