Hong Kong's badminton player Lee Cheuk-yiu on Sunday snatched a silver medal at the India Open 2025 badminton tournament in New Delhi.

Lee lost to two-time Olympic champion Victor Axelsen of Denmark 21-16, 21-8 in less than an hour.

It marked Lee's second India Open title, and Axelsen's third.

In the women’s singles, South Korea’s An Se-young beat Thailand’s Pornpawee Chochuwong 21-12, 21-9.
