China unleashed an impressive display at the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin on Sunday, reinforcing its dominance in the overall medal standings.
Chinese athletes swept the podium positions in the ski mountaineering competition.
In an exhilarating women's sprint final, Cidanyuzhen clinched gold with an outstanding time of 2 minutes and 55.88 seconds, while Yu Jingxuan and Suolangquzhen claimed silver and bronze.
The 18-year-old gold medalist was thrilled with her result, saying, "This is our first Asian Winter Games, and I'm very excited. The course was great, and I was able to race at my own pace."
Buluer won the men’s race with a blistering 2 minutes and 22.29 seconds, ahead of his compatriots Zhang Chenghao and Bi Yuxin
"I'm happy with my performance and proud to win this gold. It shows my strength," the 19-year-old champion from Xinjiang said after the race.
The national team also dominated the men’s freestyle skiing aerials, with Li Xinpeng soaring to victory with a score of 123.45 points and Yang Longxiao and Qi Guangpu completing the podium.
Chinese cross-country skiers swept the women's 5km free event, with Bayani Jialin claiming gold, followed by Dinigeer Yilamujiang and Chi Chunxue.
In speed skating, Wu Yu secured gold in the men’s 5,000m in 6 minutes and 27.82 seconds. China also finished second and third.
In the women's 500m, South Korea came first and second while China's Tian Ruining took bronze.

The SAR, meanwhile, is through to the quarterfinals in men's ice hockey after defeating Turkmenistan 5-1 for their third straight win in the preliminary round. (Additional reporting by Xinhua)
