Hong Kong's rising tennis star Coleman Wong on Monday fell short of a third round victory at this year's Miami Open.
The 20-year-old fell to Australian Adam Walton, who won 7-6, 4-6, 6-4 in a match-up that lasted for two hours and 18 minutes at the Hard Rock Stadium.
Wong previously pulled off a stunning win of his own in Miami, beating American 13th seed Ben Shelton.
His victory provided him with a place in the third round of a Masters 1000 for the first time in his career.
Wong – currently ranked 182th in the world – was the second-lowest ranked player to reach the Miami Open third round in 10 years.
