The Saudi Super Cup kicks off at 8pm on Tuesday at the Hong Kong Stadium, with Al-Nassr facing Al-Ittihad in the first semi-final.
It is the first time that the SAR is hosting the tournament, and also the first visit by Portuguese football legend Cristiano Ronaldo, who plays for Al-Nassr.
His team will have to overcome the Al-Ittihad squad, led by French striker Karim Benzema, for a spot in the final on Saturday.
One fan told RTHK he has travelled all the way from Saudi Arabia.
"We came just to watch the Super Cup of Saudi Arabia. And of course I support Cristiano Ronaldo," he said.
Another supporter, surnamed Zhang, said he has been a fan of Ronaldo for 16 years and travelled from Shenzhen to attend the game.
"First of all, of course I hope Al-Nassr can win and advance," he told RTHK.
"Second of all, I also want to see Ronaldo scoring a goal in person."
Two other Saudi sides, Al-Qadsiah and Al-Ahli, will clash on Wednesday at the Hong Kong Stadium, with kick-off also at 8pm.
