Local tennis star Coleman Wong and Canadian partner Gabriel Diallo advanced to the semi-finals of the men's doubles at the Hong Kong Open on Thursday.
The pair, who played against each other in the men's singles a day ago, faced off against the duo of German Constantin Frantzen and Robin Haase of the Netherlands at Victoria Park.
Wong and Diallo defeated their rivals 7-6, 6-7, 10-8 after a match that lasted one hour and 49 minutes.
They will next face Italy's Lorenzo Musetti and Lorenzo Sonego.
In the men's singles, China's Shang Juncheng booked a last-eight spot by beating Sonego 6-3, 6-4.
