Lee Man defeated Kitchee 2-1 on Tuesday to lift the Hong Kong League Cup, spoiling the likely league winner's bid for a domestic double.

Goals from star winger Everton Camargo and reigning Hong Kong footballer of the year Noah Baffoe helped the Golden Dragon to victory at Mong Kok Stadium.

After a goalless first half that saw Kitchee dominate possession, Lee Man struck minutes into the second.

Camargo slotted in off the goal post with his right foot from a tight angle, after Kitchee's full back Callum Beattie failed to clear a long ball.

Baffoe doubled the lead for Lee Man with a clever left-footed finish from 20 yards out in the 58th minute.

Kitchee midfielder Asier Illarramendi headed one back from a free kick after the hour mark to make things interesting.

But neither side was able to convert their chances from then on.

Kitchee still have their sights on the Hong Kong Premier League title, as they need only three more points to win the trophy for the first time in three years.
