Bayern Munich got the better of Aston Villa in the Football Summit 2026 in front of more than 38,000 fans at Kai Tak Stadium on Friday night.

Kim Min-jae's header in the 37th minute gave the Bundesliga champions the lead.

Luis Diaz doubled the German side's advantage in the 73rd minute.

João Gomes pulled one back for Aston Villa but it was too little, too late.

Bayern won 2-1.

The pre-season friendly was the third and final exhibition match in a week at Kai Tak Stadium.
