Iran and Israel trade missile attacks for third straight day  Listenfacebook
Israel has unleashed a punishing wave of strikes across Iran while Tehran has hit back with fresh missile barrages. Both sides are threatening more devastation in a conflict that appears to be intensifying. Iran's state media said the death toll from Israel's attacks since Friday had climbed to 224, of which 90 percent were civilians. Meanwhile, at least 10 people were killed in Iranian strikes into Israel. Jamie Clarke reports:

Grieving families have held funerals in India for their relatives who were among at least 279 killed in one of the world's worst plane crashes in decades. Health officials have begun returning the bodies of the passengers identified through DNA testing. Only 32 bodies have been identified so far, and, as Jamie Clarke reports, authorities described the process as meticulous and slow:
CE cites 'burning urgency' to fast-track Northern Metropolis  Listenfacebook
Chief Executive John Lee has pledged to explore ways to accelerate the development of the Northern Metropolis, saying the mega infrastructure project is a key task for his group of ministers. He said in a media interview that he had a "burning urgency" to fast-track the plan. He also said Hong Kong should set its sights on markets with "the best return in the shortest time", as the government doubles its efforts to connect with more countries and regions. The chief executive spoke about the need to face both "supporting forces" and "counter currents" in the territory's charm offensive. He spoke to Frank Yung:

Police say a 39-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter following the death of a man in an apparent fight between two gangs in Cheung Sha Wan. Four men and four women have also been arrested on suspicion of affray. Damon Pang reports:

Police have arrested four men suspected of spending HK$18 million on sim cards in order to carry out scams. As Wallis Wang reports, the arrests were part of a cross-border joint enforcement operation:

Drivers have begun receiving text messages after being fined for violations on the road, under a police initiative to roll out a digital ticketing system. But for the time being, all penalised drivers will still get a paper ticket while adjusting to the new system. Damon Pang reports:
DAB lawmaker calls for curbs on over-borrowing among maids  Listenfacebook
DAB lawmaker Edward Leung has urged the government to establish lending limits and interest rate ceilings to prevent over-borrowing by foreign domestic workers. Leung says there is concern about excessive borrowing and allegedly unethical practices of financial institutions pursuing debts from helpers using illegal methods. He told Hailey Yip that the government should also step up publicity and education to better protect the interests of foreign domestic helpers and their employers:

Hong Kong Baptist University president Alexander Wai says a third medical school in the city will contribute to the establishment of a healthcare platform for the entire Greater Bay Area. The university is among three institutions that have submitted proposals to establish the new school. Wallis Wang reports:
Endoscopies assist patients with swallowing exercises  Listenfacebook
The Hospital Authority says endoscopies will be used at all clusters from next year to help patients with swallowing exercises. Last year, Tung Wah Hospital started using them to allow patients to monitor their swallowing in real time, so they can better control the muscles. Ripley Wong, speech therapy coordinator of the Hong Kong West Cluster, told Vanessa Cheng how the endoscopies could help:

Rare items belonging to the 19th century French general, Napoleon Bonaparte, will be auctioned next week in Paris. They include his iconic bicorne hat, which - unlike other French army officers - he famously wore with the wings on the side instead of front to back.
