High-stakes talks between the leaders of the United States, Ukraine and Europe have concluded at the White House, with US President Donald Trump calling the discussions 'very good'. He said security guarantees for Ukraine - provided by European countries and in coordination with Washington - was discussed during the meeting. He also called his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin following the talks to start making arrangements for a trilateral meeting together with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky. Police say a couple have been arrested on suspicion of fraud in connection with the supply of bottled water to government offices. As Damon Pang reports, officers are also searching for a mainland man in connection with the case.

The Immigration Department says six foreign domestic workers have been arrested on suspicion of providing unlicensed dental services at a tenement unit in Sham Shui Po. According to preliminary investigations, the suspects had no professional training. Hailey Yip reports.

Hamas has agreed to a 60-day ceasefire proposal with Israel. That's according to multiple media reports, citing officials in the group and in Egypt, a mediator in peace talks. 20 dead as Russian gunpowder factory explodes  Listenfacebook
The death toll from an unexplained explosion at a Russian production facility has jumped to at least 20 with another 134 people injured. According to the Russian state news agency RIA Novosti, a gunpowder workshop at the facility caught fire and triggered the blast. Lau Hon-ting has more.

Bolivia's presidential election is heading to a run-off, after Sunday's election ended over two decades of ruling party dominance. Local football officials say hosting the Saudi Super Cup in Hong Kong will strengthen footballing ties between the SAR and Saudi Arabia. They say it will also promote the sport in the city by giving fans a taste of "international standard" games.
